Your health and wellbeing, and providing you with a healing respite is at the heart of our business. Here at RiverWest Acupuncture we strive to offer a haven of calm and healing, as we understand there is so much more to complete healing than just addressing physical symptoms.
We are a team of health care providers who love doing what we do! We are committed to creating a sacred space where clients can relax, receive healing and experience deep personal transformation. To provide you with the best care and outcome possible, we often collaborate with the other practitioners in the office and with your other health practitioners as needed.
Who will I work with?
Our practitioners each have a variety of specialties; generally we will pair you with the practitioner that is the best match to help you reach optimal health and results.
Your First Acupuncture Appointment
We understand the needs of our patients are unique and we provide a platform for healing that includes getting to know our patients individual health concerns and expectations.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your initial appointment to fill out our New Patient forms. Or, you may download the forms (here) to fill out in advance and bring them with you.
All initial treatments at RiverWest Acupuncture are between 75 and 90 minutes long. This gives us ample time to do thorough health history, talk with you about your health concerns and goals and to create a treatment plan that is catered to your personal needs.
How to schedule an appointment
Please call our office at 503-246-0103 to schedule an appointment. Our office staff will confirm your acupuncture benefits, if applicable. If you don’t already have a practitioner that you want to work with in mind, we’ll talk with you about our various specialists and pair you with the one that best fits your needs.
Insurance
We are in-network providers with almost every insurance company. As a courtesy, we are happy to verify your benefits through your insurance company. You are personally responsible for any unpaid balances.

Please complete these forms online and submit back before your appointment. Otherwise, please arrive 15-20 min. early to complete them in the office.
