Interested in starting to meditate or learning more about meditation? Already practicing, but not sure if you are doing it “right”?

Melissa is a regular person who teaches meditation to regular people. She meets you where you are and helps you develop a practice that is comfortable and sustainable. Her style is simple and inviting and her passion is creating meditation groups that enrich each individual and work together to enlighten the group.

We invite you to join us. Each week Melissa teaches a meditation technique, a chill tip, and we will meditate together. All levels are welcome. Drop in when you can, or attend every Monday.

Classes will continue every Monday from 1:00 – 2:00 at RiverWest Acupuncture. Cost is $10/class or you can buy bulk, $100 for 15 classes. You can come to one, or you can participate every week. We encourage you to join us and experience a different way to meditate.
